We say new because the Fish and Chip Co at Tiffany’s Shopping Centre is under new management, new menu and a whole new approach to fast foods.

We caught up with the new owner / manager of the Salt Rock Fish & Chip Co, Carl Dry. Carl recently moved to Salt Rock, leaving the corporate world where he held senior positions in the health safety and quality field. Just speaking to Carl, you realize he is passionate about food and franchising.

According to Carl, the Fish & Chip Co is the fastest growing food franchise in the country and he is clearly committed to making the Fish & Chip Co at Tiffany’s one of the leading outlets.

Carl’s focus is threefold,
  • Focus on quality. If people buy food from you it must be of the highest quality
  • Cleanliness of the facilities and freshness of the food is paramount and no “second best” can be tolerated if you want to be successful.
  • Get the locals back into the shop, great service, great food, great value, every time, it’s the only way to do this.
Fish & Chip Co have also just launched a brand new menu with options to suit almost every taste, from foot long rolls, chicken dishes, calamari, there are endless choices for those easy family dinner evenings.

…and did we mention their special home made fish cakes, something totally unique to the Salt Rock Fish & Chip Co and will keep you coming back for more.
