With all this heat and great sunshine we have been having (if you can forgive the drought) we thought some useful advice on some natural remedies for treating and soothing sunburn would be in order. Of course, the first trick is to avoid it in the first place, but if your weekend on the beach has left you red as a lobster, read on.

We say new because the Fish and Chip Co at Tiffany’s Shopping Centre is under new management, new menu and a whole new approach to fast foods.

We caught up with the new owner / manager of the Salt Rock Fish & Chip Co, Carl Dry. Carl recently moved to Salt Rock, leaving the corporate world where he held senior positions in the health safety and quality field. Just speaking to Carl, you realize he is passionate about food and franchising.
